Amends section 16-550, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding election conduct and early ballot processing.

Requires county recorders to post system log files and other election management system files within 48 hours after ballot tabulation is complete to verify compliance with early voting result restrictions.

Mandates posting of data on voters sent registration confirmation notices, voters who failed to respond, voters placed on inactive status, the voted file, and other data confirming aggregate results were not accessed before polls closed.

Maintains existing provisions for signature verification, cure periods, conditional provisional ballots, and early ballot tracking systems for voters.

Does not apply to special taxing districts or special district mail ballot elections authorized to conduct their own elections.
