AZ HB2422

Amends Arizona tax code to allow taxpayers to deduct tuition expenses paid to public, nonprofit, or private colleges, universities, community colleges, and other postsecondary educational institutions for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

Permits taxpayers to deduct student loan repayment amounts paid during the taxable year for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

These deductions are available in addition to other itemized deductions already allowed under Arizona tax law.
