Allows employers to establish pharmacy management networks to provide medications to injured workers' compensation employees, with reimbursement rates that may differ from the state Commission fee schedule.

Requires employers to notify employees about the pharmacy management network at initial establishment and provide participating pharmacy lists at time of injury; employees must then obtain outpatient medications from network pharmacies.

Out-of-network prescriptions must be reimbursed at the Commission fee schedule until the payor provides notice to the out-of-network pharmacy that future refills will not be reimbursed and invites participation in the network.

Pharmacy management networks must register with the Commission, accept any licensed pharmacy in good standing willing to follow contract terms, provide dispute resolution for pharmacy bills, and cannot charge pharmacies direct or indirect fees for dispensing or billing services.

Exempts registered pharmacy management networks from state pharmacy benefit manager regulations under Title 20, Chapter 25, Article 2; effective December 31, 2025.
