Repeals section 13-3108 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously regulated firearms.

Amends section 15-341 to remove references to section 13-3108 in school weapon policies, replacing the dual citation with a single reference to section 13-3120.

Allows school governing boards to prescribe and enforce policies prohibiting persons from carrying or possessing weapons on school grounds, except for peace officers or those with specific authorization from the school administrator.
