Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-183 to require charter schools to develop emergency response plans in conjunction with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies using minimum standards developed jointly by the Department of Education and the Division of Emergency Management.

Mandates that emergency response plans must address how schools and emergency responders will communicate with and provide assistance to students with disabilities.

Applies to all charter schools regardless of sponsoring entity (state board of education, state board for charter schools, universities, or community college districts).
