Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2082 regarding the State Board of Psychologist Examiners' authority to examine evidence during investigations.

Grants the board and its authorized agents the ability to examine and copy documents, reports, records, and physical evidence relating to a licensee's professional competence, unprofessional conduct, or mental or physical ability to practice psychology.

Allows the board to issue subpoenas to compel witness attendance, testimony, and production of documents, with the ability to petition superior court for enforcement.

Requires that investigation documents remain confidential and not be released without a court order, except that the party filing the complaint is entitled to receive copies of all documents received and reviewed by the board in the investigation, subject to state and federal law restrictions.

Clarifies that psychologist-client privilege does not apply to board investigations, while requiring the board to keep confidential the names of clients or patients whose records are reviewed.
