Amends the income eligibility requirements for Arizona's children's health insurance program (AHCCCS) under section 36-2981.

Changes the income threshold beginning October 1, 2025 from 225 percent of the federal poverty level to 300 percent of the federal poverty level.

Maintains the current 225 percent threshold through September 30, 2025, subject to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval.

Applies to children under 19 years of age whose gross household income meets the specified federal poverty level percentages.
