Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-921 to clarify that a candidate committee's payment for direct care, protection and supervision of a child or other individual for whom the candidate has caregiving responsibilities is a lawful expenditure of candidate committee monies.

Adds new subsection C to section 16-921 explicitly permitting candidates to use campaign funds for caregiver expenses related to their direct caregiving responsibilities.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language, including standardizing terminology from "e-mail" and "fund-raising" to "email" and "fundraising."

Includes legislative intent statement specifying that amendments to section 16-921 are clarifying changes only and do not constitute substantive changes to existing law.
