Amends Arizona law to allow corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations to make contributions to candidate committees for the first time, previously prohibited under A.R.S. § 16-916.

Requires registration and notification to appropriate filing officers within one day of making contributions that meet threshold amounts: $5,000+ in statewide races, $2,500+ in legislative races, or $1,000+ in local races within a single jurisdiction.

Registration must include the entity's name, address, and contact information (name, title, email, phone) of the person authorizing the contribution.

Notifications must disclose the contribution amount, recipient, candidate name and race, whether supporting or opposing the candidate, and the contribution date.

Entities failing to register or notify face civil penalties up to three times the total contribution amount, and persons making knowingly false filings are guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
