Extends early voting location hours to remain open until 7:00 p.m. on the Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding election day, and until at least 3:00 p.m. (optionally until 7:00 p.m.) on the Monday immediately preceding election day.

Removes provisions allowing emergency ballot voting for electors experiencing unforeseen circumstances between Friday evening and Monday afternoon preceding the election.

Eliminates special election boards and associated emergency balloting procedures that previously allowed qualified electors to vote during the emergency period with a signed statement under penalty of perjury.

Maintains existing early ballot request procedures, requiring requests be made within 93 days before an election and no later than 5:00 p.m. on the eleventh day preceding the election.

Preserves voter identification requirements and the ability to update voter registration information at on-site early voting locations.
