Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-1018 to add a new class 2 misdemeanor offense for knowingly interfering with voters or engaging in conduct directed at persons delivering voted ballots that constitutes harassment under section 13-2921.

Applies the new offense to conduct directed at one or more persons who are delivering or attempting to deliver a voted ballot to a lawful recipient or receptacle.

Maintains existing class 2 misdemeanor prohibitions on electioneering within polling places, ballot tampering, soliciting voters to show ballots, and other election-related unlawful acts.
