Adds Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-912 to allow probationers on standard probation who participate in state or federally recognized apprenticeship programs to work at any hours of the day while maintaining good standing with the program.

Permits probationers in qualifying apprenticeship programs to travel within Arizona outside their residential jurisdiction to work in the apprenticeship program.

Applies only to individuals on standard probation status who are actively participating in recognized apprenticeship programs.

Became effective upon approval by the Governor on May 13, 2025.
