Requires employers to provide a 30-minute unpaid meal break for employees working more than 5 hours daily, with an additional 30-minute unpaid meal break for those working more than 12 hours.

Mandates a paid 10-minute rest break for every 4 hours worked.

Requires overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked between 8-12 hours in a workday and for the first 8 hours worked on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek.

Requires double pay (2 times the regular rate) for hours worked beyond 12 hours in a workday and beyond 8 hours on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek.

Applies the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to employers with annual sales of $100,000 or more or those engaged in interstate commerce.
