Establishes the human trafficking employee education study committee with 15 members including legislators, state officials, business representatives, academics, healthcare providers, and law enforcement with human trafficking experience.

Committee shall meet at least twice or more frequently as requested and evaluate training methods for retail and lodging business employees to identify and respond to possible human trafficking victims in urban and rural areas.

Members are appointed by the Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, and Governor from various sectors including the Arizona Attorney General, Department of Public Safety, chambers of commerce, Arizona State University, and licensed professionals.

Committee must submit a report to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by June 30, 2027, with recommendations for educating retail and lodging businesses about human trafficking.

Committee is repealed effective December 31, 2027.
