Adds a new offense to Arizona's misconduct involving weapons statute: instigating another person to commit an offense involving carrying a concealed deadly weapon in furtherance of a serious or violent felony, or using/possessing a deadly weapon in furtherance of any felony included in chapter 34.

Defines "instigating" as encouraging or directing another person to commit a crime or to engage in an act likely to result in a crime.

Classifies misconduct involving weapons by instigation as a class 3 misdemeanor.

The new instigation offense applies only when the instigated person actually commits one of the specified weapon-related offenses.
