Changes the article heading of Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 11, Article 11 from "solar energy devices" to "solar and wind energy devices"

Requires businesses constructing solar or wind energy projects that reduce an agricultural lessee's operation size to compensate the lessee for loss of profits, conservation measure values, loss in operation value, relocation costs, and mitigation costs

Requires agricultural lessees to provide credible evidence certifying the compensation amounts before a business must pay

Requires businesses to secure a new lease of equal or greater value for the affected agricultural lessee in addition to compensation

Exempts businesses from compensation requirements if they construct solar or wind projects in a way that allows the agricultural lessee to continue their current agricultural operation
