Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 17-301 to permit taking small game, predatory animals, and fur-bearing animals with the aid of dogs during all times when the Arizona Game and Fish Commission authorizes such taking.

Allows hunters to take bears or mountain lions with the aid of dogs during open seasons for those species.

Maintains existing prohibitions on taking wildlife with leghold traps, instant kill body gripping traps, poison, or snares on public lands, including state and federally-managed lands.

Preserves existing exceptions to trap and snare prohibitions for health/safety purposes, firearms and archery use, scientific research, falconry, wildlife relocation, aquatic wildlife management, and rodent control.
