Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 4-203 to prohibit the Department of Liquor and Cannabis Control from issuing certain liquor licenses to locations surrounded on all sides by Indian reservations, effective upon passage.

Exempts from the prohibition areas identified by the state land department as state land ingress and egress points that provide access through the surrounded territory.

Applies to available licenses issued pursuant to section 4-206.01, subsections B and C, which govern wine and beer licenses.
