Establishes a school mapping data program in the Department of Education to facilitate emergency responses on school campuses by ensuring mapping data is accurate, standardized, and accessible to public safety agencies.

Requires school mapping software to be compatible with public safety platforms, free to access, printable, and synchronized across all platforms used by emergency responders.

Mandates school mapping data include floor plans with gridded coordinates, building/room labels, utility locations, critical equipment (defibrillators, trauma kits), and hazard information.

Requires each school to develop mapping data annually, certify its accuracy to the department, and provide it to all local, state, and federal public safety agencies that may respond to the school.

Creates a school mapping data program fund and appropriates $10,360,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to provide grants to eligible schools for developing the required mapping data.
