Prohibits hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurers, and group or blanket disability insurers from imposing cost sharing (deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or similar out-of-pocket expenses) for diagnostic breast examinations and supplemental breast examinations on or after January 1, 2026.

Defines "diagnostic breast examination" as a medically necessary and appropriate examination of the breast per National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines using contrast enhanced mammography, diagnostic mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound to evaluate an abnormality seen or suspected from screening or detected by another means.

Defines "supplemental breast examination" as a medically necessary and appropriate examination of the breast per National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines using contrast enhanced mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound when used to screen with no abnormality detected, or based on personal or family medical history or additional risk factors for breast cancer.

Applies to subscription contracts, evidence of coverage, and policies issued, amended, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026.
