Requires counties with tribal lands to consult with tribal representatives before designating polling places and election precincts at least 20 days before general or primary elections and 10 days before special elections.

Mandates tribal consultation when combining or splitting precincts for administrative purposes in counties containing tribal lands.

Requires tribal consultation before authorizing and selecting sites for voting centers in counties with tribal lands.

Requires tribal consultation regarding authorization and location of emergency voting centers in counties with tribal lands.

Directs the Department of Administration to coordinate with state agencies and counties beginning in 2026 to provide available state-owned facilities as voting locations when requested by election officers.
