Secretary of State shall develop a pilot program with a county having fewer than 250,000 residents to provide voting location election board members read-only access to the statewide voter registration database.

Read-only access allows election board members to determine a potential voter's county of residence and voter registration status.

Secretary of State must submit a report on pilot program activities and results to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Governor by March 31, 2027, and make it publicly available on the Secretary of State's website.

Section expires on December 31, 2026.
