Requires county recorders to provide voters with daily updated lists of those with missing or mismatched signatures, including the voter's name, address, and precinct designation to qualified political parties.

Extends the signature cure period to the fifth business day after primary, general, or special elections involving federal offices, and requires county offices to maintain extended hours (minimum 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) including the Friday-to-weekend periods before and after such elections.

Mandates that the signature cure list provided to political parties after election day include all voter information provided under section 16-168 and the voter's precinct designation.

Requires county recorders to post all system log files and election management system records verifying compliance with early ballot tabulation restrictions within forty-eight hours after ballot tabulation is complete.
