Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-3772 to allow the Central Arizona Project Replenishment District to acquire, hold, exchange, own, lease or purchase enough water or water rights to fulfill the district's expected replenishment obligation for the next one hundred years.

Modifies the replenishment reserve calculation methodology to project replenishment obligations over a one hundred-year period instead of the previous timeframe when establishing reserve targets for each active management area.

Expands the district's authority to plan and secure long-term water supplies by enabling acquisition of sufficient water resources to meet century-long replenishment commitments.
