Removes the age restriction (under 15) from second violation of indecent exposure and public sexual indecency offenses that trigger sex offender registration requirements.

Eliminates the automatic termination of registration duties at age 25 for juveniles adjudicated delinquent for sex offenses; juvenile offenders must now register for life unless the court orders otherwise.

Maintains the $250 assessment fee for persons convicted or adjudicated of sex offenses subject to registration requirements.

Makes technical amendments to cross-references in sections addressing sex offender management board duties and violation classifications.
