Removes the requirement that sexual assault of a spouse committed before August 12, 2005 be registered if it occurred before that date, making all sexual assault of a spouse cases subject to registration requirements going forward.

Removes the time-limited registration requirement for juveniles adjudicated delinquent, eliminating the provision that their duty to register terminates at age 25.

Clarifies that a second or subsequent violation of indecent exposure or public sexual indecency must involve a victim under 15 years of age to trigger registration requirements.

Specifies that sexual extortion under section 13-1428 requires registration only when the victim is under 15 years of age.

Makes technical amendments renumbering subsections in sections 13-3821, 13-3824, and 13-3828 to reflect the changes and maintain consistency throughout the sex offender registration statutes.
