Secretary of state shall establish a mobile communications platform for election workers including poll workers, drivers, warehouse and supply workers, voter registration workers, and central count center workers, in cooperation with county recorders and election officers.

Platform shall be deployed in a pilot program in one or more counties or jurisdictions, with the secretary of state authorized to offer use at reduced or no cost.

$200,000 appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the secretary of state for implementation.

Section repeals December 31, 2026.
