Amends section 15-708 of Arizona Revised Statutes to require school districts and charter schools to enroll students in grades 6-8 in advanced mathematics courses (if available) for their next mathematics course if the student meets at least one criterion: demonstrates highest proficiency on statewide assessments, end-of-course exams, or benchmark assessments; earns at least an A in their most recent mathematics course; or the student or parent requests enrollment.

Parents may object to advanced mathematics enrollment, and schools must notify parents by the first half of the second quarter if their child has not demonstrated grade-level mathematics proficiency based on available assessments.

Requires school districts and charter schools to annually report to the Department of Education student enrollment data disaggregated by race, family income, and gender, including numbers of students meeting proficiency criteria and enrollment in advanced mathematics courses.

Mandates reporting of average mathematics assessment scores for different student groups, a list of advanced mathematics courses offered, and available mathematics support resources with participation numbers.

Requires the Department of Education to compile and post annual reports on its website (excluding personally identifiable information) and develop policies and guidelines for implementing the section.
