Establishes an election worker harassment task force within the secretary of state's office consisting of 9 members: two assistant attorneys general (one from criminal division, one from civil litigation), two law enforcement members, two election workers from different political parties, and four election officers with no more than two from the same party.

Task force shall elect a chairperson, meet as needed, coordinate and investigate violations of election law, and refer cases for prosecution.

Requires the task force to submit an annual report by January 1, 2027 and each year thereafter to the governor, legislature leadership, and relevant legislative committees detailing the number and nature of reports received.

Secretary of state must provide administrative support, meeting space, and post the annual report on the secretary of state's website.

Defines "election officer" as any elected or appointed individual administering elections at state or local levels and "election worker" as any seasonal, part-time, full-time or volunteer employee performing election duties.
