Prohibits distribution and use of fertilizers containing perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or fluorinated organic chemicals with two or more fully fluorinated carbon atoms beginning December 31, 2026.

Applies PFAS prohibition to all fertilizer materials, including biosolids and sewage sludge.

Prohibits distribution of pesticides containing PFAS or specified fluorinated organic chemicals beginning December 31, 2026.

Violations of the PFAS prohibition are not classified as class 2 misdemeanors, allowing alternative enforcement methods.

Makes technical corrections to Arizona pesticide and fertilizer statutes related to language and enforcement procedures.
