AZ HB2651

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-442 regarding certification of voting equipment used in federal, state, or county elections.

Requires beginning January 1, 2029, that the secretary of state only certify vote recording and tabulating machines if 100% of all parts and components are sourced from the United States and 100% of manufacturing and assembly is performed in the United States.

Exempts voting machines and devices acquired before January 1, 2028 from the new sourcing and manufacturing requirements.

Makes minor technical corrections to existing statutory language regarding committee composition, equipment certification procedures, and emergency certifications.
