Changes the article heading of Arizona's uniform transfers to minors act from "Arizona Uniform Transfers to Minors Act" to "Revised Arizona Uniform Transfers to Minors Act"

Increases the age at which custodians must transfer custodial property to minors from 21 to 25 years old for property transferred under sections 14-7654 or 14-7655

Maintains the existing age of 18 for property transferred under sections 14-7656 or 14-7657

Property must be transferred to the minor or minor's estate upon the earliest of: the minor's twenty-fifth birthday (for certain transfers), eighteenth birthday (for other transfers), or the minor's death
