Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-938 to establish a 180-day deadline for filing officers to resolve or rule on campaign finance complaints.

Complaints are automatically dismissed if the filing officer fails to resolve or rule on the complaint within 180 days and does not extend the deadline.

Maintains existing enforcement procedures where filing officers investigate complaints and refer matters to enforcement officers (attorney general, county attorney, or city/town attorney) only after finding reasonable cause.

Preserves the enforcement officer's authority to conduct investigations, serve notices of violation, impose civil penalties, and initiate administrative or judicial proceedings after receiving a referral from the filing officer.
