Repeals section 41-3025.03 and adds new section 41-3033.03, Arizona Revised Statutes, establishing July 1, 2033 as the termination date for the Arizona exposition and state fair board.

Title 3, chapter 8, article 1 and the new termination provision are repealed on January 1, 2034.

Continues the Arizona exposition and state fair board to maintain state fairgrounds and Arizona veterans memorial coliseum facilities, conduct state fairs and events, and generate revenue to cover operating expenses.

Requires the senate and house committees assigned to review the board to hold a meeting by January 1, 2029 to receive updates on the board's compliance with auditor general recommendations from its sunset review audit.

Makes sections 1 and 2 retroactively effective to July 1, 2025.
