• Expands the definition of "minor" in sexual exploitation statutes to include visual depictions that are indistinguishable from actual minors, regardless of creation method.

• Updates the definition of "visual depiction" to explicitly include images created or modified by computer software, artificial intelligence, or other digital editing tools.

• Applies these expanded definitions to dangerous crimes against children involving commercial sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation of minors under Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-705 and 13-3551.
