Requires physicians providing abortion-inducing drugs to examine patients in person and verify pregnancy, determine blood type, offer RhoGAM if Rh negative, and document gestational age and pregnancy location in medical records.

Mandates physicians inform patients of possible physical and psychological aftereffects including bleeding, pain, nausea, and that patients may see remains of the unborn child.

Requires physicians to either be competent in complication management or have a signed agreement with an associated physician; must schedule follow-up visits 7-14 days after drug administration and provide patient with associated physician's contact information.

Prohibits delivery of abortion-inducing drugs by courier, mail, or delivery service; allows civil action against violators with claims by the woman, parents/guardians of minors, and the father of the unborn child (with exceptions for sexual assault, incest, domestic violence, or terminated parental rights).

Provides statutory damages of $5,000 plus reasonable attorney fees and costs for violations; allows plaintiffs to use pseudonyms and requires courts to maintain confidentiality of women's identities unless waived.
