Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3551 to add definition of "indistinguishable" as a visual depiction that a person viewing it would reasonably conclude is of an actual minor.

Modifies the definition of "minor" to include visual depictions that are indistinguishable from an actual minor, in addition to persons who were under eighteen years old when the depiction was created.

Expands the definition of "visual depiction" to clarify it includes images created or modified by computer software, artificial intelligence, or other digital editing tools, regardless of creation method.

Reorganizes and renumbers definitions in the obscenity statutes from section 13-3551 due to the addition of the new "indistinguishable" definition.
