AZ HB2720

Amends section 13-3401 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to drug offense definitions and threshold amounts for controlled substances.

Modifies the definition of "threshold amount" for cocaine to explicitly include hydrolyzed cocaine within the 9-gram threshold.

Removes the separate 750-milligram threshold that previously applied only to cocaine base or hydrolyzed cocaine, consolidating it into the general cocaine threshold.

Effective upon approval by the Governor on March 31, 2025.
