Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to add section 36-150 establishing Department of Health Services responsibilities regarding perimenopause and menopause education.

Requires the department to partner with health care providers including obstetricians and gynecologists, community-based health centers, and hospitals to educate women on perimenopause and menopause symptoms, processes, and related issues.

Mandates creation of informational materials in electronic and physical formats for women experiencing or at risk of perimenopause and menopause, distributed through health care providers.

Specifies that educational materials must cover symptoms and treatments, when to consult a health care provider, biological processes, how to discuss these conditions with family and friends, and other department-determined information.
