Extends the seventy-five foot electioneering limit to designated ballot receptacles when they are accessible to the public, in addition to existing polling place restrictions.

Prohibits election officials, political party representatives, and challengers authorized to be within the seventy-five foot limit from wearing, carrying, or displaying materials that identify or express support for candidates, parties, ballot questions, or other political issues.

Adds designated ballot receptacles to the list of locations where unlawful electioneering and interference with voters is prohibited under existing class 2 misdemeanor penalties.

Clarifies that no photographs or videos may be taken within the seventy-five foot limit of polling places or ballot receptacles.

Defines "electioneering" as knowingly expressing support for or opposition to a candidate, ballot question, or political party through verbal expression with the intent to induce or compel voting behavior.
