Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 49-1201 to modify definitions related to water infrastructure and the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona.

Revises the definition of "imported water" and "import water" by replacing a comma with "or" to clarify that water can be made available through conveyance, exchange, or otherwise.

Expands the definition of "water supply development" to explicitly include reclamation and remediation projects approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that increase water availability.

Updates terminology in water supply development definition to clarify that reclamation or remediation projects are standalone purposes alongside conveyance, storage, replenishment, and stormwater recharge structures.

Effective upon Governor's signature, with bill signed into law on April 18, 2025.
