AZ HB2754

Adds transaction privilege and use tax (TPT) revenues to the definition of "highway user revenues" under Arizona law by requiring monthly transfers of 5% of state general fund TPT revenues to the Arizona Highway User Revenue Fund.

Creates a new section 42-5030.02 directing the state treasurer to transfer monthly to the highway user revenue fund an amount equal to 5% of state general fund revenues collected under TPT law for distribution under title 28, chapter 18.

Modifies section 42-5029 to account for the new transfer requirement by referencing the distribution required by section 42-5030.02 when crediting remainder monies to the state general fund.

Applies to taxable periods beginning on or after the first day of the month following the general effective date.
