Requires health professionals to identify their license title and type in any advertisement that includes their name, using only appropriate titles per applicable state regulations.

Designates violations of advertising requirements as unprofessional conduct subject to enforcement by applicable health profession regulatory boards.

Expands the definition of "advertisement" to include business cards, identification badges, letterhead, billboards, brochures, pamphlets, radio and television scripts, electronic media, printed directories, and direct mail solicitations directed at patients or prospective patients.

Exempts materials about network providers created by entities regulated under Arizona title 20 from the advertisement definition.

Authorizes the attorney general to investigate violations that also constitute unlawful practice under section 44-1522 and take appropriate action under title 44, chapter 10, article 7.
