Transfer of four parcels of state sovereign land located in Mohave County, Arizona (sections 1 and 32, township 20 north, range 22 west) from the State Land Department to the City of Bullhead City effective upon passage of the act.

Land parcels are situated along the Colorado River's ordinary high-water line (OHWL) with detailed legal descriptions provided for each of the four parcels.

State Land Commissioner must deliver properly signed and recorded deed or patent to City of Bullhead City within thirty days of the act's effective date.

Transferred land shall be managed by City of Bullhead City exclusively for park and public recreation purposes in perpetuity and cannot be sold, exchanged, or bartered.

Bill approved by Governor April 1, 2025 and filed with Secretary of State April 1, 2025.
