Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 41-861, 41-862, and 41-864 to extend historic preservation responsibilities to community college districts in addition to state agencies.

Requires district governing boards to consider using historic properties when acquiring, constructing, or leasing buildings and to preserve historic properties consistent with professional standards recommended by the state historic preservation officer.

Mandates that community college districts establish programs in cooperation with the state historic preservation officer to locate, inventory, and nominate qualifying historic properties to the Arizona register of historic places.

Grants the state historic preservation officer thirty working days to review and comment on district plans involving historic properties, including construction projects, sales, leases, or acquisitions.

Defines "district" and "district board" by reference to section 15-1401 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
