Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-447 regarding voting devices and polling place equipment.

Requires each accessible voting device placed at a precinct-based polling place or voting center to be programmed with all ballot styles for the entire jurisdiction or county available from each device, regardless of precinct location.

Maintains existing requirements that boards of supervisors provide at least one device compliant with the Help America Vote Act of 2002 certified for use by voters with disabilities at each polling place.

Preserves existing provisions regarding inspection of voting devices before elections, delivery of sufficient voting booths to polling places, and designation of observers for election management software installation.
