Requires dentist applicants to obtain and maintain a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to section 41-1758.03, effective January 1, 2026 or when approved by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Allows the State Board of Dental Examiners to deny dental license applications or renewals if applicants fail to maintain a valid fingerprint clearance card.

Extends the same fingerprint clearance card requirement and maintenance obligation to dental hygienist applicants and certificate holders for denture technology practitioners.

Applies the fingerprint clearance card denial provision to all three regulated professions: dentists, dental hygienists, and denturists.
