Establishes a deed fraud registry administered by the Attorney General where victims of deed fraud in Arizona may submit their name and the property address involved in the fraud.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-192 to add this new registry duty to the Attorney General's existing powers and duties.

Registry allows deed fraud victims to create a record of their victimization for informational purposes.

Makes minor technical corrections to gender-neutral language throughout the statute by replacing "his" with "the attorney general's."
