Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-471 regarding county recorder procedures for recording instruments.

Allows recorder to delay recording of real property sale instruments for up to five business days.

Requires recorder to provide notice to the person or entity identified as the seller of the property during the five-day delay period.

Permits recorder to refuse recording if the identified seller requests in writing that the instrument not be recorded.
