Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-823 regarding political party legislative district committees.

Clarifies that the chairman of a district committee is a nonvoting member of the county committee unless the chairman resides in that county.

Prohibits county subcommittees from taking any action that binds the legislative district committee.

Makes technical corrections including changing "e-mail" to "email," "passage" to "adoption," and "In the event" to "If" throughout the statute.
